Der Wald Treedom is partnering with sustainable, vegan and vegetarian friendly restaurants across the UK to plant a tree for every booking made during Valentine’s Week (Feb 13th to Feb 17th).Eateries getting involved in the new Valentine’s Day scheme are based all over the country - from Manchester, Cardiff, Cornwall, Brighton and Edinburgh to Belfast and London.Participating restaurants include:The Allotment, Manchester - Using the best of the season’s harvest and local and sustainable growers whenever possible, the Allotment Vegan Eatery creates fresh and engaging food that introduces you to a new plant-based experience.Anna Loka, Cardiff - Young entrepreneur Aaron brings diners a variety of cuisines through healthy vegan food and gives an experience that facilitates principled, conscious choices but doesn’t compromise on quality or taste.The Cornish Vegan, Cornwall - A one-of-a-kind restaurant with a menu inspired by the idea of simple and honest cooking, providing guests with nourishing, heart-warming and delicious plant-based food made with love.Foodilic, Brighton - Each location is different, but offers high quality cuisine, atmosphere and service, striving to provide fresh and healthy food for all.Hendersons, Edinburgh - A new vegetarian and vegan restaurant with a lot of history.
