El bosque The WORLDWIDE GA RETAIL MEETING, taking place in Milan on March 19th – 21th, has been designed to minimize the environmental impact, in compliance with the ISO standard 20121. The Armani Group has planned to avoid plastic, to avoid food waste, to incentivise the reuse and recycling of materials, to promote separate waste collection and to use LED lighting and renewable energy.The Armani Group will support nature-based solutions to offset event-related emissions. Furthermore, in collaboration with Treedom – the platform that supports agroforestry projects worldwide one tree for each participant will be planted, then around 250 trees will be planted in Africa, Latin America and Asia, in addition to the 100 trees planted during 2023 for the EU GA RETAIL MEETING. Each participant will be able – through QR code – to geolocalize the forest of the WORLDWIDE GA RETAIL MEETING.
