<p>Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft mbH (GSG Berlin) is one of Berlin’s leading providers of office and commercial space in Berlin. For over 50 years we have been a trusted partner for Berlin’s economy. The portfolio, consisting of around 50 properties with currently almost 1 Mio m², includes historic factory buildings, modern office complexes as well as business parks with ample space. For us the sustainable management of our real estate is particularly important: In 2014, we built Berlin’s largest solar power plant, which makes for annual savings of around 5,000 tons of CO2. Combined heat and power plants in the GSG commercial buildings generate heat and electricity on site. We have been installing charging point for electric vehicles at a large number of GSG locations and continue to expand this project. Therefore, GSG Berlin makes an important contribution towards realising Berlin’s goal of becoming a carbon neutral city by 2050. And now we’re looking forward to planting new trees with Treedom.<br></p>
