The Forest
Dear CONET Colleagues,We plant a separate tree for each employee in our CONET forest.For us, this is a tangible embodiment of our shared identity and our values, which we have established in our corporate constitution CONET LIFE - illustrated in the symbol of a tree.The tree stands for life, consistency, strength and growth. His roots for the continuation of our mission, his trunk for our vision, branching out into our strategy in strong branches and finally allowing our goals and solutions to grow into the leaves. And as the bark, our culture provides shelter and space for the lifeblood of our community.Together we grow beyond ourselves. With our CONET forest, we promote the idea of community in the sense of our CONET Social Responsibility (CSR) and try to enhance life and living in the world beyond our corporate borders. Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
