The topic of “sustainability” is gaining more and more importance as a mission statement – also in electrical installation. Being the first provider of ecobalanced electrical conduits, we pledge ourselves to ecological sustainability in construction. If you are looking to install a sustainable and environmentally friendly electrical infrastructure, you can use the co2ntrol product range with a clear conscience.As the first manufacturer of ecobalanced electrical conduits, we actively contribute to environmental protection. The type III ecolabel confirms that our co2ntrol product family fulfils all sustainability standards for building products. This Environmental Product Declaration EPD, issued by the Institut für Bauen und Umwelt e.V., is an important basis for the life cycle assessment of a building. Testing considers the entire life cycle of a product.We use regenerated materials to manufacture the co2ntrol corrugated plastic conduits. This allows us to reduce the use of fossil resources such as crude oil by almost 60 %. They also enable CO₂ savings of up to 47 % per running metre as compared to conventional electrical conduits.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
