Our BayWa r.e. family around the globe is constantly growing:
Over 2500 colleagues work in over 50 companies in over 25 countries around the globe. What unites all of us is what we all
go the extra mile for, what we r.e.think energy for: FOR OUR PLANET.In order to make a positive contribution for our planet, we are planting our own BayWa r.e. forest in three different regions
around the globe. Every single colleague of our global team now
has his or her very own tree and can watch how a seed turns into a magnificent tree that bears ripe fruit and supports our higher goal
with every single breath.

Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
