The Forest
Together with Treedom, we are creating a Scutum Forest across several regions, as we believe in a greener and fairer world. We are committed to reduce our carbon footprint and are working on sustainable practices and services that reduce the company's environmental impact.
The Scutum Forest helps absorb CO₂, while supporting local communities involved in the project. The trees and their fruits belong to the farmers, allowing them to diversify and supplement their income and in some cases to launch micro-entrepreneurship initiatives.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
