We are Spacewell Germany. We realize software for real estate companies. We develop solutions every day - with heart and soul, energy and passion. We have been doing this for more than 35 years. In a close dialog, we analyze our customers' needs and develop individual solutions for them. Always with the aim of offering them real added value for their work. For this reason, iX-Haus is consistently modular - the program's broad functional base is supplemented by extension modules or partner solutions as needed. In this way, our customers use iX-Haus to map almost all work processes of software-supported real estate management.The basis of our entrepreneurial actions is the open and fair interaction within our team. Flat hierarchies and agile working methods always allow us to act quickly, goal-oriented and customer-focused. This philosophy enables us to work constructively with each other every day.The sustainable use of ecological resources is an integral part of our corporate standards. We consistently focus on responsible behavior and the resource-friendly use of necessary working materials in order to enable future generations a secured life, taking into account economic and ecological aspects. Our participation in the Treedom project enables us to take a further step in this direction.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
