The cause of the climatic emergency is all of us: by working, producing or moving we generate greenhouse gases that heat the atmosphere, increase the temperature, and damage the climate of the planet.Our goal is that Stilolinea is "carbon neutral" and no longer contributes to aggravating the climate emergency. It will take some time to accurately study the carbon footprint of our work, and then compensate for it correctly. Meanwhile, we begin symbolically from here, from these 365 trees, one a day, planted in Kenya and which, in addition to caring for the environment, will be able to give income to third world families.In 2020 Stilolinea creates the product line, identified by the new "REFORESTATION PROJECT" logo, continuing its path as a socially sustainable company.All customers who will choose this new line including the bio-compostable and the antibacterial collections and the two 2020 novelties Kamal and Tropic, will receive a tree as a gift.We hope that this initiative will create a virtuous circle with our customers that will allow us to make a tangible gesture for the future of our planet.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
