Welcome to the ABB Robotics Value Provider forest!The trees we at ABB Robotics plant have great stories to tell: About outstanding and innovative companies and the brilliant minds behind them who are constantly challenging the limits of what can be automated. Driving positive change forward, helping to reduce waste, increase production with fewer resources, reduce the so-called 4-D jobs (dull, dangerous, dirty, and demeaning), or solving production challenges through remarkable creativity and resourcefulness.Every year we award companies in 4 categories: Outstanding Achievement, Most Innovative Solution, Lifetime Achievement and Sustainability. Beginning this year, as a thank you to all who are nominated, our finalists, and finally, our awarded Value Providers, ABB has started the ABB Robotics Value Provider forest, planting trees to symbolize how we can achieve so much together. Because when you are a part of a forest, you can never really stand alone. Let’s see those trees and us, as a community, grow together.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
