The Forest
The creation of the XMASDECOR forest represents the first big step towards the company’s sustainability journey.The company decided to give its contribution in the battle to lower CO2 emissions by planting 1.500 trees from different species. This project also helped the local economies of those countries where the trees were planted. This initiative underlines the effort that the company wants to promote with regard to environmental sustainability. At the same time this is “call to action” for all of our clients: the environment is a public good and everybody should do their part.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
