The Forest
Grazie alla collaborazione con Treedom, Green ha creato una piantagione di 200 alberi di cacao in Camerun. Le piante contribuiranno a purificare l’aria del nostro pianeta assorbendo più di una tonnellata di anidride carbonica all’anno. L’albero di cacao produce bellissimi fiori bianchi, alcuni di questi si trasformano nei frutti che saranno a disposizione della popolazione locale per produzione agricola creando lavoro e crescita economica.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
