The Forest
At Icnea, we decided that 2023 it's the time to move forward towards a bigger commitment with environment. In our company we always worked with responsible attitude for the environment and we can say proudly that we are a zero contamining company. Internal actions were our first step to become more sustainable, building a corporative culture focused in full waste recycling and energy saving. Now, we move forward to new goals, for example, making sure we work with providers who help us to carry out our activity and share the same commitment with environment than us and guarantee a sustainable management of their processes. At the same time, we made the decision to help territories severally affected by climate change and desertification through planting and giving trees to each or our present customers and the future ones.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
