The Forest
OXIGENT gives you a warm welcome in DOROTHY's Forest (a luxuriant place in the Wizard of OX's world). Hand in hand with Treedom, we empower local communities that will take care of your own mango, cocoa, tephrosia or coffee tree, contribute to their societal and economic growth, and at the end help absorbing carbon emissions. Some experts say that the world needs to plant 353 billion trees (or the equivalent of 50 per person) to halt climate change. Our sustainable development roadmap includes planting more that 1.000 trees in the next five years.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
