The Forest
As a diverse and great team, we have grown together over the last 5 years and built an essential foundation for one of the greatest insurance projects globally. To honor and eternalize this incredible success story, to let it blossom further and to make a sustainable contribution to the environment, we plan to plant an IFRS17 mixed forest. In a mixed forest, many different (tree) species play an ecological role and, provided a min. representation, contribute to the overall success of the forest. Similarly, in the IFRS17 program with its ~ 20 tree species (projects) and its diversity, we have all played our role, essentially contributed to the success and have grown together. We have also successfully mastered 17 changing seasons (PICs) and great extremes (GIT, Productive Transition) and created an important value added for the future. The IFRS17 programme soil conditions varied over the last 5 years. Nevertheless, as a "green" Deloitte & Q_PERIOR team, we have positioned ourselves well and firmly rooted ourselves with our diversity of expertise, discipline, and perseverance. Each project member has made an essential contribution to the success of our IFRS17 project forest, where the first harvest was due at the end of the programme and we are looking forward to many more. For this we would like to thank each of you with a symbolic tree.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
