The Forest
La foresta della L.I.P.S. nasce come iniziativa in onore della Lega Italiana Poetry Slam, un'organizzazione che dal 2013 permette l'organizzazione di migliaia di eventi culturali dedicati alla poesia in tutta Italia, e in occasione delle Finali Nazionali Italiane di Poetry Slam a Firenze, sotto l'egida del festival Dólce Stīl Pòp.
Ogni voce poetica è come un seme che, se curato, diventa un grande albero, mai uno uguale all'altro. La L.I.P.S. ha da sempre cura di queste voci e adesso il loro coro è diventato, metaforicamente e letteralmente, una foresta.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
