THE BEST WAY TO AIRArtec’s forest in CameroonOn the occasion of Christmas 2019, Artec has decided to start off a special project: it is a social and ecological initiative that underlines its commitment to a more sustainable world and that aims to inspire its customers and employees as well.Thanks to the collaboration with Treedom, Artec has planted 200 cocoa trees in Cameroon (Africa).“The best way to air” is our motto, and it seemed like a perfect name for our forest!The trees will absorb carbon dioxide (CO2) and, of course, they will release oxygen (O2). Thanks to their fruits, they will help the economic development of the local community that takes care of the forest, and they will also guarantee some food security to that community.Let’s green the planet!www.artec-pneumatic.com/en
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
