The Forest
To celebrate its 21st birthday, YOOX has chosen to launch a mission dedicated to the environment: plant a forest! After creating the first forest of 500 trees in Cameroon, YOOX has launched a very special initiative. Through the "Find Your Tree Love" contest, on yoox.com from June 14 to 21, 2021, YOOX asked users to choose their Tree Love or the type of tree they would like to plant among cocoa, avocado and coffee and to participate in the challenge on Instagram by posting a photo or an IG Story together with a tree. The goal? To reach a total of 1000 new trees on the Planet!
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
