Thing Technologies Forest

Thing Technologies or Thing-it, as we are widely known, is one of the prominent names in the smart building technology domain. We transform buildings and offices into intelligent digital spaces. Since its first project rollout in 2019, thing-it has grown to be a known name in the real estate industry within a short period. The enormous partner ecosystem that Thing-it has acquired makes us scalable with flawless integration capabilities and project rollouts in record time. Our extensive portfolio of technology modules and use cases uniquely differentiates us from our competitors. Thing-it was founded in 2016 by Dr. Marc Gille and Mr. Klaus Berberich in Frankfurt, Germany. This superior technology was made ready to be deployed after two years of rigorous research and development. Today Thing-it is a close-knit family of talented individuals connecting from four offices worldwide, focused on taking ownership and delivering results. Sustainability has been one of the fundamental principles of Thing-it. As we grow, making more buildings digitalized and reducing their energy consumption and CO2 emissions, we want to top it by planting and gifting trees. We desire to create our legacy as a responsible business driving the change for a sustainable future. You can find more information about our business on our website www.thing-it.com.
