Since the first AIAA/CEAS in Munich in 1995, this event, year by year, has become the world’s primary forum, the reference place to be, for Scientists working on aeroacoustics. Such a format represents a unique case where something originated in the aerospace field and has led the worldwide community in other engineering and science domains. Aeroacoustics 2024

The Italian Association of Aeronautics and Astronautics (A.I.D.A.A.) is a national non-profit cultural association. Its members are people and organizations interested in advances in aeronautics and space. A.I.D.A.A. is the second oldest scientific aerospace society in the world. A.I.D.A.A works by organizing conferences, workshops, roundtables, competitions with prizes for studies and research, proceedings publication, and through the international journal Aerotecnica Missili e Spazio – Journal of Aerospace Science, Technologies, and Systems. A.I.D.A.A. works closely with national and foreign cultural bodies and, in particular, is a member of the International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences, the International Astronautical Federation, and the Council of European Aerospace Societies. For the first time, the leading aeroacoustics conference, AIAA/CEAS Aeroacoustics Conference, the leading aviation conference, ICAS 2024, and the leading space event, IAC 2024, will be held in Italy in the same year. This is an extraordinary event within the context of AerospaceItaly 2024, with A.I.D.A.A. as the leading promoter.
