Bazzara is a roasting company born in the city that has been considered the Italian Coffee Capital for over 3 centuries: Trieste, a city where coffee is in the air, everywhere.&nbsp;Therefore, a Bazzara Espresso contains all the commitment of a family that has been devoting completely to coffee for 3 generations, in order to offer a product different from all the others and representing the perfect marriage between Italian tradition and artisan quality.&nbsp;Since the very beginning, everyone working at Bazzara, besides dedicating to coffee, believes in the principles of sustainability and ethics: our green commitment starts with little daily actions integrating in a wider perspective based on rigorous standards of social and environmental impact, aiming to create a balance between what the company takes from the society and the environment and what it gives back.&nbsp;
