DoveVivo was born in 2007 and since then it has been carrying out an innovative project that offers solutions for life in sharing.DoveVivo is not a real estate agency but a property management company. The model is simple: it rents apartments from private owners with long-term contracts and then rents the individual rooms to students and young workers.To date it is present in Milan, Rome, Bologna and Como and it manages a portfolio of over 500 apartments.The mission? DoveVivo wants every tenant to live a unique and memorable experience in a new city and in a new home, sharing it with new friends; at the same time, it wants to reassure all the apartments' owners taking care of their properties and managing them with the highest attention and quality, just like they would! DoveVivo, in its growing project, always bears in mind the importance of the environment and it supports sustainable and eco-friendly projects. For this reason, we came up with a brilliant idea: the DoveVivo forest, that will grow along with us, day by day!
