We strive to incorporate more sustainable materials into our products. &nbsp;All of our diamond suppliers have been certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council, which follows the System of Warranties created by the World Diamond Council for the provision of conflict-free diamonds.<o:p></o:p>In addition, Movado Group has developed a robust policy for responsible sourcing of gold and other precious metals to ensure these materials are not procured from mining operations that do not respect basic human rights as outlined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Among other things, our suppliers agree to work in collaboration with Jewelers of America, the Council for Responsible Jewellery Practices, and other stakeholders throughout our value chain to determine the sources for all products incorporating gold and other precious metals, including information on how it is being mined, refi ned, and manufactured.<o:p></o:p>
