Each year, GRESB recognizes “Sector Leaders” who are the best performers by sector, region and nature of ownership from across the GRESB Assessments, along with our “Most Improved” participants. The project in Tanzania is focused on fighting coastal erosion, preserving biodiversity and diversifying income opportunities of farmers. So given our work to support the built environment in becoming more resilient and in honor of our 2021 leaders, we are contributing to the Treedom project in Tanzania.GRESB is a mission-driven and industry-led organization that provides actionable and transparent environmental, social and governance (ESG) data to financial markets.
