The Digital Forest of Noi per Voi ODV is a symbolic and living space, created to preserve the strength, generosity, and hope of those who support our association in the fight againstchildhood cancer. Each tree represents a concrete gesture of love: a donation, a helping hand, a presence. Deep roots tell of the silent support of parents and volunteers; solid trunks symbolize the courage of children and their families; luminous leaves speak of the future, research, and life that continues.This forest grows over time, just as our community grows: the more we are, the stronger, more thriving, and more capable of generating hope. It is not a virtual space, but a shared place where each supporter leaves a tangible sign of their commitment. The Digital Forest is our way of saying thank you. Because together, tree by tree, we build a stronger tomorrow for children and their families.

Noi per Voi

For 40 years, Noi per Voi has been committed to improving the quality of life of children undergoing cancer treatment, through psychological support for families and other activities, providing emotional and material assistance to over 3,000 young patients and their families.After contributing over the years to the furnishing of the Meyer Hospital’s wards and the purchase of various clinical and instrumental equipment for the hematology-oncology department, Noi per Voi, thanks to funding from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, was able to purchase an apartment to be lent free of charge to the families of cancer patients undergoing treatment in Florence. The association has also always been committed to funding scientific research, investing its resources in the renewal of therapeutic methods and the development of new treatment options for childhood cancer, in collaboration with AOU MEYER, AOU CAREGGI, UNIVERSITA’ DEGLI STUDI DI FIRENZE, FIAGOP, AIEOP, and CCI-Childhood Cancer International. Our ongoing commitment to funding scientific research has allowed us to achieve several significant milestones, including the registration of a patent for monitoring chemoresistance in forms of leukemia. Another fundamental activity that has evolved over the years is specialized psychological support for families where a child or parent of a minor is facing a cancer diagnosis. This intervention, led by our psycho-oncologists, is aimed at the entire family unit and accompanies them through the various stages of the disease, with particular attention to the children’s emotional needs, parenting support, and the promotion of coping and resilience strategies.
