Through our London restaurant, Bordeaux creative farm and food design studio, Plates explores creative interpretation through art & design, photography & film and of course gastronomy. Plates’ food ethos combines old-world training with new-world techniques to present a unique form of elevated, plant-based craft that is as fulfilling as it is flavourful. Inspired by chef Kirk Haworth’s personal health journey, Plates is focussed on sustainability for people and planet, optimum nourishment and showcasing the wonders of crafting with plants, to inspire others and create a more balanced food landscape.
