Foresta Valledoro

Valledoro is a family-run company based in Brescia, and specialized in bakery products. It all began in 1954, when the founders, Ferruccio Zubani and Rina Consoli, in order to devote themselves to the production of original bakery products, transformed the family bakery into an artisan laboratory. The company has grown, becoming a recognized brand in the sector, maintaining the values of quality, food safety and ethical approach in every phase and company dynamics.Today, as then, the artisanal manufacturing method has remained, based on a careful selection of grains, and on an accurate formulation of the doughs, essential for obtaining healthy and balanced breadsticks.
