My working adventures have been constantly guided by a single purpose: to use technology as a tool to generate a positive impact in the real world, contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable future. At just 22 years old, I founded Treedom, an experience that has been an extraordinary journey of discovery and growth, where my skills have adapted to the changing needs of the company, leading me to new and exciting challenges.

Founder & CEO

Chief Financial Officer & Board Member

A few years ago, I read Spinoza’s quote and I found it incredibly inspiring on many occasions in my life. Today my job is to tell others that, even in terms of environment, we have the possibility to change direction.

Partner - General Manager

My idea of progress consists in a healthier and more sustainable world. Since I've always been curious to undertake new challenges and paths, and I've always been convinced that something needs to change, I decided that Treedom could become my idea of progress.

Partner - Head of Business Development

I believe in the power of stories to inspire change. At Treedom, I’ve found the ideal place to combine my passion for marketing and innovation with my desire to make a positive impact on the environment and people.

Designing digital experiences that are useful, effective and enjoyable for users: this is the purpose of my work.
Making my expertise available to Treedom's cause - in which I firmly believe - is a source of great satisfaction and pride.

Head of Product

My earliest memories see me sitting in front of a computer. Having always been passionate about technology, today I consider it a strategic ally to genuinely improve people’s lives. I am driven by a constant quest for innovation and improvement.

IT Tech Lead

After 5 years in Milan, I moved to Florence where I started my adventure in Treedom. I still do my job but now I'm lucky enough to do it in an innovative workplace and for the good of the Planet. I exceedingly love movies and music, I do some sport but not enough of it, and at any time of the year, I have one and only thought: my next trip.

Partner - Creative Services Manager

I was born in a small town of the Democratic Republic of Congo, near Point Noire. I've always been used to travel, since I was a child: I spent 4 years in African countries working on emergency projects and agricultural development programs. I've been interested about environmental issues since very young: for this reason I got a degree in Tropical and Sub-tropical Agriculture here in Florence. I would say my best friend is curiosity and my worst enemy is my stubborness; through determination, I find strenght to complete my tasks.

Partner - Forestry Operations Manager

I started my working career by writing about the agricultural market, then I moved on to work for a winery and now I work for Treedom. My grandparents, who were farmers, would approve. In the meantime I also worked in politics, journalism, media and I've written some stuff here and there. Nobody's perfect.

Partner - Content Director

My 'special place' is undoubtedly the forest behind my house, where I used to play as a child and now go for walks with my dog. The time I value most is spent riding my horse through the Florentine countryside. The sounds and scents of the forest allow me to recharge and focus on the present moment: it is the best remedy for any challenge.
Being able to combine my studies in economics with a professional environment dedicated to environmental protection fills me with deep satisfaction.

Business Support Manager

Growing up, I spent my summers in a small town in rural Maine, in the middle of nowhere. I was always surrounded by nature and I fell in love with the inner peace that the forests, rivers and oceans gave me. Working for a company like Treedom is a dream come true. I feel blessed every day to be surrounded by people who share my values and work together to build a better future.

E-commerce Manager

My dream was to become an astronaut, to leave this planet and go into space. Now, thanks to Treedom, I will have the opportunity to give my contribution to try to save it.

UX/UI Designer

I was born in 1990, nostalgic for the '60s and with my gaze set on the year 3000. My love for nature was born when I was little. I used to bring snails to school, I dress only in black, and aside from hunger, my gut feeling is almost always right. I like punctuality. In life, you can be lucky, but if you arrive late, you’ve missed the opportunity, the right train, or the perfect intuition. In the end, it was my heart that brought me to Treedom.

Graphic Designer

I am an enthusiast and passionate about everything I have yet to discover. I face every challenge with the spirit of someone preparing for a mountain hike: the trails are the logical paths to follow, the summit the goal to reach, the equipment the knowledge and determination. For me, the true value lies in the journey itself, in facing challenges and pushing beyond one’s limits. I deeply believe in change, and even more in improvement.

CRM Manager

I am curious by nature, and Treedom could only spark my curiosity.
With a background in economics, I have always tried to read the world through numbers, but at Treedom I discovered the beauty of applying them to help leave a positive and measurable mark.
Having grown up surrounded by greenery, I chose this reality also to continue living in a world committed to preserving it.
I firmly believe in commitment and dedication—the true drivers behind every goal worth achieving.

Sales Operations

My ancestors safeguarded the land for generations, in a sun-scorched landscape that reaches out to Europe while gazing toward Africa. It was there that I first took root. Yet, like a transplanted tree, I had to adapt to different soils, allowing even the most difficult experiences to become valuable grafts—accelerating my growth and nurturing the first fruits. I have worked with dedication in service of people, helping to build systems that foster collaboration and innovation. Along the way, I came to understand that professional and economic achievements only gain true meaning when intertwined with ethical fulfillment. Today, I have put down roots in Florence, with the desire to bear fruits that can benefit everyone. And I am grateful to be part of a team of extraordinary people, united by the same ambition: to create positive change and achieve great things together.
