The Pala Alpitour has always been sensitive to environmental issues. Today, we have as our corporate goals the total transformation into a 360° smart venue, becoming an energy-efficient and multi-functional building. In this sense, the project “THE MUSIC WOOD” also goes: every live event that we will host here will be an opportunity to plant new trees, a small (but important) contribute to reduce CO2 emissions in the air. This is our way to build, plant by plant, a cleaner and more melodious world!

IL BOSCO DELLA MUSICA

The Pala Alpitour was built in 2005 to host the ice hockey competition during Turin 2006 Olympic Winter Games. The project by Isozaki and Maggiora is characterized by its innovative use of glass and steel elements: a great location within the urban network, well connected by the public transportation and with large parking areas within walking distances. The venue is managed by Parcolimpico S.r.l, and on December 2009 Live Nation - the world largest live concert producer - became the main shareholder of Parcolimpico. Due to the Live Nation partnership, Pala Alpitour has become one of the most important entertainment center in Italy. In 2014 the company Alpitour Spa became the main sponsor associating its name to the venue. The structure is the perfect location for both exhibition and corporate events thanks to its strong aesthetic impact combined with highly flexible areas. The Pala Alpitour is the largest indoor arena in Italy, with a capacity from 2.043 to 15.477 pax. One of the main management objectives of the last two years has been to increase the versatility of the site and its energy efficiency to optimize resources, creating a sustainable and multifunctional venue
