The studios of Rundum Yoga are located in the heart of Düsseldorf. You will find us in the districts of Pempelfort and Unterbilk.&nbsp;Both studios are feel-good oases, as a cultivated and appealing ambience is very important to us, so that you can practice yoga in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. And that 365 days a year with more than 50 courses a week. Our courses are mainly based on three pillars. Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. These can also be found in our unique Multistyle Yoga Teachers' Training Course. In addition, our course plan offers Pre-/Postnatal Yoga, Yoga for a healthy back, Meditation, Budokon and RY Soft.&nbsp; This is complemented by selected workshops, kirtans and class specials. So, come on the mat and find yourself!
