A climate forest for the Rauch Juice Bar We plant trees in order to make our Rauch Juice Bar in the Neubaugasse in Vienna climate-neutral.&nbsp; Our first step was to calculate the carbon footprint. To do this, we analyzed all the fruit, vegetables, baked goods, cups, bottles and cleaning material that are bought. We also considered the energy that is used, the waste and even how our juicers commute to work. Using this data, climate specialist c7-consult calculated that we use 69 tons of greenhouse gas emissions per year.&nbsp;&nbsp;
